Ooopsy I forgot to weigh myself yesterday!!!
So that’s my weight now, 2 weeks into my healthy eating/ fitness regime… For me this week hasn’t gone very well and feel I need to work harder towards making sure my snacks are healthy as I caved in twice :/ having myself some tasty Reese’s peanut butter cups ;) you know you would too, they were on offer, so it had to be done.
So note to self; NO MORE CHOCOLATE TREATS!!!
